ITIS Shopping Center
ITIS is a shopping mall in Eastern Helsinki currently hosting over 120 shops and 40 restaurants. ITIS is one of the largest malls in Finland with a GLA of 101,000 sqm’s and over 17 million annual visitors. ITIS was acquired by Morgan Stanley and CC-Real GmbH in 2018 and is currently operated by CC-Real Finland Ltd.
The Nordic Council of Shopping Centers (NCSC) is the organization representing the Shopping Center industry in the Nordic market. Founded in 1985, NCSC today has approximately 1,200 members mainly from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden plus Iceland, Latvia and UK. The list of members includes a wide variety of interest groups, ranging from real estate companies, bankers, investors, center managers, retailers, service industries, trade associations and city planners, to government and municipal authorities.
