My mouth is watering just thinking about this, let alone looking at all the delectable images we’re seeing online promoting the upcoming pancake day and how restaurants and cafes are luring consumers in with their over indulgent menus.

A hip cafe on Uxbridge Street, Notting Hill eggs are their main speciality! They are proud to offer eggs all day, every day and anyway. So if you can’t get down on pancake day you won’t miss out on trying their delicious pancakes, paired with a Cereal Milk Punch.
Coccotte are a farm-to-table rotisserie offering healthy homemade dishes. They specialise in chicken dishes that are marinated for 24h in a secret blend of herbs and spices and then slowly cooked and finished on the spit. Why wouldn’t you want to try some on top of a fluffy stack of pancakes, they call it the perfect all rounder!

Sweet is in it’s name and sugar is the game! For those that don’t mind everyday being a cheat day. Sweet Diner are serving up some very extravagant options. Sweet Diner can be found on Hyde Road, Manchester.
As we tuck into our #pancakes here in the UK, our friends in #Sweden will be celebrating ‘Fettisdagen’ (loosely translated as Fatty Day) – a day to enjoy gorgeous #Semla. Traditionally, they are a sweet bun combined with lots of whipped cream, almond paste and more than a sprinkling of sugar.
