Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages

If you book a sponsorship or exhibition package with us and your business finds itself in any of the below situations within 30 days of the event, we will happily move your sponsorship or exhibition booking to the next edition of CRMP or provide you with a credit or refund you the fee (minus the value of any services already delivered):

  • The government enforces a national lockdown
  • The government enforces tiers that restrict travel to different areas or countries

Delegate Pass(es)

If you book a delegate pass(es) with us and your business finds itself in any of the below situations within 30 days of the event, we will happily move your booking to the next edition of CRMP or transfer the booking into a different name or provide a credit or refund you the fee:

  • The government enforces a national lockdown
  • The government enforces tiers that restrict travel to different areas
  • The individual has been contacted by track and trace and is instructed to self-isolate or is showing symptoms of COVID-19.

Further to this, we may determine that as a direct result of COVID-19 it isn’t commercially viable for us to hold the events. In this situation, we will provide you with written notice as soon as possible and we will endeavour to reschedule the Event to a later date, if the new date isn’t suitable for you then you will be able to obtain a credit for a future date or a refund.
