ATCM is an independent, not-for-profit, membership body whose members manage high streets, town centres and city centres across the UK and Ireland.
Their members include local authorities, Business Improvement Districts, town centre partnerships and others. ATCM was founded in 1991 to support the proactive management of town centres and high streets and today is a driving force in enhancing the standard of practitioners and informing policymakers. ATCM is the secretariat of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Town Centres, is co-chair of the Sector Leader’s Group for the High Streets Task Force and sits on the board of the International Downtown Association.
